I was thinking the same thing, although the mods aren't extremely difficult, it is important to get it right, since we are dealing with high pressure fuel lines. The injectors have to be sitting at the proper angle and have no up and down play. Additionally the screws through the rails need to be ground down so that the rails can be slid in far enough to be properly aligned with the injector bosses in the intake. I have more detailed pics but I've reached my image quota for now.I usually have at least 1 L76 intake in stock for porting swaps and for L92 head packages which can be used to mock up the rails or to even ship out the rails, premounted to the intake and then have the core returned. I'll have to figure out a few options depending on whether the rails are shipped alone or mounted to an intake.
